Find your easy fit.

There is no single fit that works for every piece. A boxy hoodie and a tapered pair of joggers use different proportions, even when the size label matches. Start with the chart on the product you are considering.

1. Use a garment you already enjoy.

Lay a similar top or pair of pants flat on a level surface. Smooth out folds without pulling the fabric. A tape measure works best; measure twice to check your result. Compare a sweatshirt to a sweatshirt, and pants to pants.

2. Match the measurement, not just the letter.

Our charts show garment measurements, not body measurements. They open in inches, with a centimeter option. A row labeled “chest width (flat)” is the distance across the garment. “Chest circumference” goes around it; when measuring a top laid flat, double the width for that comparison. Do the same only where a pants chart explicitly calls for a circumference.

3. Decide how much room you want.

Compare the listed dimensions with your reference garment. For more room, look for larger garment measurements rather than assuming that one size letter means the same thing across styles. For a closer fit, choose measurements near a piece you already wear comfortably. If two sizes look possible, consider the chest and shoulder together, then check the length.

Some charts use sizing that differs from familiar U.S. labels. We do not promise a universal “true to size” fit. Manual measurements can vary by approximately 0.4–1.2 inches (1–3 cm); allow for that when making close comparisons.

4. Check both halves of a set.

Matching sets include the specific top and pants stated on the page. A set uses one selected size for both pieces. Compare the top measurements and the pants measurements before choosing. If one piece looks right but the other does not, separate tops and pants may be the more useful option.

5. Read fabric and care details separately.

Product pages list fabric details when those details are available. A fabric name alone does not guarantee stretch, thickness or a particular performance. For care, follow the label on the garment; do not assume that every cotton blend or textured fabric can be washed the same way.
