These terms apply to your use of easybinwear.com and purchases from Easybin Wear, operated by Easybin Essentials LLC. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must be an adult able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address details and keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit harmful content.

Product information and fit

We aim to describe garments accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of color. Garment measurements are approximate and may vary with manual measurement. Read the individual size chart and included-item description before ordering. A styling image may include other clothing and accessories that are not part of the purchase.

Our products are casual clothing. Descriptions do not create a promise of specialist athletic, medical or protective performance.

Prices and order review

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Prices and product availability may change for future orders. We do not use an order acknowledgment alone as a guarantee that an order has been accepted.

We may contact you about an inaccurate price, an address issue, unavailable item or other material order problem. We will explain the correction or available alternatives and obtain your agreement where required. If an order is canceled after a charge, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free at a merchandise total of $59 or more, after applicable discounts and before taxes; otherwise it is $6.99. Refer to our Shipping Policy for the full details.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Our Return & Refund Policy explains return shipping responsibility, the return address, inspections and refund timing. Contact us promptly about cancellations; after dispatch, the return process applies. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Content and website availability

Our brand elements, original text and website design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not reproduce its content commercially without permission. Product images remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

We take reasonable steps to keep the site accurate and accessible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This does not limit liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
