How do I choose a size?
Use the individual garment chart on the product page. Compare the labeled measurements with a similar item laid flat. The charts show garment measurements, not body measurements. Our Fit Guide explains width, circumference and length.
Does every outfit photo show a set?
No. Single tops and pants are sold separately unless the product is explicitly labeled a matching set. Each set page states the included pieces; shoes, tees and accessories used for styling are not included unless expressly listed.
What are the garments made from?
Fabric information appears in each product’s details when available. Do not assume that similar-looking styles share a fabric or a level of stretch. We do not claim specialist athletic or protective performance.
How should I care for a garment?
Follow the care label attached to the garment. Check it before washing, drying or ironing, and separate colors as the label directs. Specific care instructions vary by style.
Where do you ship?
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and international destinations are outside our delivery area.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch, in addition to processing. Carrier disruptions or address issues can affect estimates. See the Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Orders with a merchandise total of $59 or more ship free, after applicable discounts and before taxes. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99.
Can I return something that does not fit?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers cover return shipping for a size preference or change of mind. We cover it for quality problems, wrong items and transit damage.
Where do returns go, and when is the refund started?
Returns go to Easybin Essentials LLC, 135 TEAKWOOD ST, FILLMORE, CA 93015. Include your order number and email. We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt, then initiate an approved refund. Bank processing time varies.
