Where we deliver

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

Processing and transit are separate

Processing: allow 1–3 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Transit: allow 2–7 days after dispatch. The transit period is in addition to processing time. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier disruptions, weather or address issues. We will contact you if we learn of a significant delay and explain the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise total is $59 or more, after any applicable discounts and before taxes. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Enter your delivery address in the bag or checkout to see the applicable charge.

Tracking and delivery details

When your order is dispatched, we send shipment information to the email address provided at checkout. Check that your street address, apartment or unit number and ZIP code are complete. Contact us promptly if a detail needs to change; an order already dispatched may not be changeable.

If tracking appears stalled, a package is missing, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the relevant details. Keep the packaging for a damaged item while we help resolve the issue. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the return and refund process.
